Please make plans to join Women in Aerospace Canada at the very historic (and well-hidden) Armour Heights Officers Mess at the Canadian Forces College in Toronto.  It’ll be a wonderful opportunity to connect with old friends, meet new friends, and network.

Margo, is an innovative, visionary and resourceful individual offering 25 years work experience of managementinvarious fields including: government, private sector, and community sectors. Offering her in-depth experience working in collaboration with employers, government departments, labour organizations, business/industry associations, learning institutions and several community organizations. She is a skilled facilitator, business consultant, negotiator, coach and speaker with experience in Strategy, Team building, Change Management, Human Resources and Leadership. Margo has an extensive background in Workforce training and development. Her passion is transformational leadership, building team effectiveness, innovation capacity, change management, growth and increased engagement.
 Margo is certified by the International Personnel Management Association (IPMA-CS) as a Certified Specialist in Human Resources and holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Prince Edward Island.  She currently sits on the Board of Directors at the Black Business Initiative as a resource Director. Margo has recently relocated to Toronto to work with the Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC). An organization, whose mission is to champion business relationships and economic growth of the Canadian Supply Chain through the inclusion of Aboriginals and Minority suppliers. Margo believes it is important to Lead by example!
