READY TO SHRED WITH JAMES + TORONTO'S TOP TRAINERS?The event kicks off with our optional Signature Partner Burpee Challenge for a chance to WIN $2,000 in prizes that will have participants leaving it all on the turf. Then, warm up with Toronto top trainers before experiencing an EPIC HIIT workout. Together, the crew will complete 90 minutes of work broken into 5 segments, capped-off with a cool down session. Following the workout, participants will have the opportunity to connect and refuel with leading fitness + wellness brands and local businesses - while creating content with old and new friends because if it wasn’t documented – did it really happen?
