Q: What should I wear?

We recommend dressing in what feels most comfortable for you. Keep in mind that you will be sitting on the floor and that the room could get quite warm or cool, so wear a couple of layers!

Q: Is it weird if I come alone?

Absolutely not!! What better place than to be in a community of like-minded souls and potentially meet some new friends!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of the event and our limited space, we need to be a little more strict on this one. We have a 48hr. cancellation policy (no refund within 48hrs. of the event.) * But, tickets are fully transferrable if you can find someone to take your place.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring:

- yoga mat or meditation cushion to sit on

- water bottle

-  journal and pen

- a small gift or offering (ex. a flower, a loving note, a piece of fruit)

- an open mind and an open heart <3
