A workshop to bathe in the fiery energy of the sun. Yoga, meditation, sound healing and breathwork.

Join us in sacred community as we welcome the radiant energy of the Summer Solstice—a time of light, abundance, and deep connection to the Earth and ourselves.Together, we’ll honor this powerful seasonal shift with a gentle flow of guided meditation, soulful yoga, restorative sound healing, and a mindful walk on the land. We’ll move intuitively with the energy of the day—there’s a suggested flow, but no strict schedule. We’ll simply follow where the moment leads us, in presence and peace.Please bring:✅A yoga mat or blanket to rest on✅Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely ✅Water to hydrate your body✅Sunscreen and bug spray, if desired We’ll meet outside the Library Des Moulins and make our way to our location by the water. This is a public, outdoor gathering, held in love, respect, and open-heartedness. Come as you are. Leave a little more connected—to yourself, to nature, and to the light that lives within us all.

Indulge in gentle sound healing as you relax on your mat, bathing in the vibrations of sun and sound.

Be led through a beautiful guided meditation focused on purity of the sun, the warm basking glows igniting your inner self power and fueling you with positive, driven energy.
