Myco Mania - June 13: In this workshop, you will learn about mycorrhizal fungi - an underground fungal network that works like a helper to a variety of plants. You will learn about what they are, what they do, how they do it, and how they can help you. This workshop is tailored to beginner gardeners up to experienced green thumbs and farmers. Location: 944 Western Counties Rd.
Insufferable Invasives - June 20: In this workshop, you will learn all about invasive species: what they are, how they get here, how they affect us and our environment, and thus why you should care. This workshop will focus on identifying a few invasive species that you’ll be able to spot in your everyday life here in London, as well as some removal techniques. Location: 944 Western Counties Rd.
Tree ID for Newbies - June 27: In this workshop, learn to identify a Maple from Oak, a Pine from a Spruce and some special trees in between.
