Join the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada for a family-friendly presentation all about the sun: how to observe the sun safely, how the sun works, solar eclipses, and more! Afterwards, we&#x27;ll make a pinhole projector for your own solar observations. Participants are asked to bring one empty cereal box (or similarly sized box) per family. Weather permitting, participants will also be invited to view the sun through properly filtered solar telescopes. *This program is for families (best suited for children 6+ years) Priority will be given to confirmed RHPL members.
