Connect with nature's rhythms while cultivating health and vitality through the ancient practice of qigong. <h2>What to Expect</h2><ul><li>All levels welcome - No prior experience necessary</li><li>Standing practice with picnic benches available for those who prefer to sit</li><li>Casual, movement-focused sessions - a qigong practice with the fluidity of tai chi and yoga movement</li><li>Year-round outdoor practice to experience and embody the changing seasons</li><li>Beautiful waterfront setting at Marina Way Park</li><li>No classes in August and December</li></ul> <h2>What to Bring</h2><ul><li>Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement</li><li>Weather-appropriate layers (we practice rain or shine!)</li><li>Water bottle</li><li>Open mind and willingness to move with nature</li></ul> <h2>How much do the classes cost?</h2>These classes are offered on a dana basis. Dana is a teaching that embodies generosity, support, and reciprocity. I offer my teachings with the intention to support, guide, and nourish you in your qigong practice.
