Tired of the same old routine? Ready to give your mind and body a boost before the workday even begins? Join us for Rise &amp; Shine, a gentle 3-kilometer social run designed for good vibes and great company.We believe the best way to start the day is with a dose of fresh air, a little movement, and the magic of a sunrise. We’ll meet just before the sun makes its debut, run a manageable 3km route together (no speed demons here—we stick together!), and then take a few minutes to connect afterwards.This isn't a race; it's a social event. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just getting back into running, you will find a welcoming group. The goal is simple: meet new friends, enjoy a beautiful moment, and leave feeling energized!What to Expect:<ul><li>A friendly, inclusive atmosphere.</li><li>A flat, easy-to-follow 3km route.</li><li>The inspiring sight of the sun cresting the horizon.</li><li>The chance to connect with positive, like-minded people in your community.</li></ul>P.S. Don't forget to wear bright or reflective gear! We will be running in the low light of dawn.
