Type "MAIN South Parking Lot of Burlington Canal Lighthouse" into Google Maps to navigate directly to the parking area. From the lot, walk toward the shoreline, where the sand meets the sky. You’ll find our sound bowls set in a peaceful circle, ready to welcome you.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Bring a comfortable mat or blanket to lie on, water to stay hydrated, and anything else that helps you feel at ease. Many also enjoy bringing a journal, as moments of reflection or inspiration often arise during or after the experience (optional).

Health & Safety Note:

If you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, or have sound sensitivity, epilepsy, or other health concerns, please consult your doctor before attending. Sound baths are gentle, but it’s important to listen to your body and participate in a way that feels safe for you.

What if it Rains?

In the event of rain or unfavourable weather, the session will be rescheduled and refunds will be issued if you’re unable to attend the new date.
