Come attend a Sound Bath at Deer Lake as the sun comes down
Come attend an outdoor Sound Bath in Deer Lake in Burnaby. I like to start off these with participants sharing an intention or a general check-in (this is optional) before I start off.
The instruments I like to use are generally:
sound bowls
crystal pyramid
PeacePlate (it's a gong-like thing)
Chimes
Handpan
Usually I play for about 40-50 minutes, though with intention setting and checking out the whole thing could be an hour or so depending on what people choose or choose not to share.
All bodies/genders welcome as I am a transgender practioner myself and want anyone to feel included
