<p>Surplus Market is Winnipeg’s largest street culture gathering – hosting contemporary streetwear brands, sportswear labels and the collections of the cities most devout resellers, thrifters and vintage buffs. This will be an event built on the convergence of street cultures — clothing, music, food,  and the arts — hosted on the 4th floor of the iconic Hudson’s Bay Downtown retail store.</p><p>#surplusmarketwpg</p>
