Kathryn McEwenleads Working With Resilience, an international consortium of researchers and practitioners working to assist people thrive in challenging jobs. She is a skilled organisational psychologist, coach and mediator who trains and coaches internationally. A Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society, Kathryn researches and practices in workplace resilience. She has authored three books on this subject and has led development of the R@W Toolkit. Kathryn has extensive experience in working with health and community organisations.Dr. Catherine Carris a Master Corporate Executive Coach and Registered Clinical Counsellor and the North American Co-lead for Working with Resilience. Catherine has a doctorate in leadership development and coaching and a Master’s degree in counselling psychology. She is the co-author of numerous journal articles, book chapters and two books on team coaching:50 Tips for Terrific Teams!andHigh Performance Team Coaching. She coaches leaders and teams across Canada and internationally and has worked for over 25 years with health and community organizations.

Systemic Team Coaching ® drives powerful change at individual, team and organisational levels. This 3-day experiential program explores how to coach teams to consider both their internal dynamics and external stakeholders and partners, working with the connections within and outside the team.
