Systemic Team Coaching Certificate (STCC) Practitioner

A 3 day experiental Systemic Team Coaching program - a deep dive into team coaching to improve productivity and performance.

Systemic Team Coaching ® drives powerful change at individual, team and organisational levels. This 3-day experiential program explores how to coach teams to consider both their internal dynamics and external stakeholders, working with the connections and influences within and outside the team. Examining both internal and external aspects of team effectiveness, the program provides a valuable framework for supporting teams to improve their productivity and performance in service of those and what their work supports.

Following your attendance on the Systemic Team Coaching ® Certificate program, Group Supervision and Action Learning sessions are offered at an additional cost. On completion of Systemic Team Coaching ® Certificate and Supervision you will be awarded the Systemic Team Coaching ® Certificate (Practitioner) which is a requirement for the Systemic Team Coaching ® Diploma (Senior Practitioner).

What You Will Learn

The core concepts of Systemic Team Coaching ®

This certificate level program introduces you to the key skills involved in the Systemic Team Coaching process. You will gain an understanding of:

· The Hawkins’ Five Disciplines model and its application to team coaching.

· How to structure team coaching projects using Systemic Team Coaching ®

· Coaching for effective team and group functioning through live simulated practice.

· The importance of ‘Self as Instrument’– presence, intuition, discernment, sense-making, co-regulation and impact

· How to use and apply the Team Connect 360 diagnostic tool in client work – you will be licensed to use the tool and gain experience in interpreting a TC360 report.

Additional Training- Building Your Practice and Supervision Groups

After completing the 3-day Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate, you have the opportunity to progress to Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate (Practitioner) status by undertaking Group Supervision.

This practitioner pathway is available at an additional cost to the core program.

Virtual group supervision is delivered online in groups of up to seven participants, with sessions held approximately every 4–6 weeks.

Certificate Awarded (Practitioner)

Upon successful completion of all Group Supervision sessions, you will be awarded the Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate (Practitioner). This practitioner qualification helps you gain maximum value from your learning through applied practice experience.

You will receive an attendance certificate for the 3-day Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate and CCEU’s if you do not do the supervision group however are not accredited as a STC Coach. For this reason we recommend you do both the 3 day training and the supervision group.
