Join us for a 4 week workshop that will help answer all your basic tech questions

•	The program's goal is to provide technology training and support to women, to increase their knowledge, skills and independence using technology in everyday life. Workshops will cover technology training, apps and accessibility for older adults and online safety.
 
•	The program also has the dual purpose of enhancing mental wellness and reducing social isolation, with activities scheduled to increase socialization, boost feelings of belonging and inform seniors of psychology practices used in daily life.
