Relax the mind while moving through a slow and controlled series of movements and postures. Tai Chi is a great stress reliever that challenges the mind and the body. Although tai chi is slow and gentle and doesn’t leave you breathless, it addresses the key components of fitness — muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and, to a lesser degree, aerobic conditioning.This class is open to adults. No equipment is required.Taichi Tuesday from 7pm to 8:15pm<ul><li>8 class session from October 29 to December 17</li><li>$75 for 8 class</li><li>Drop in $10</li></ul>Zumba Wednesday from 11am to 12:15pm<ul><li>8 class session from October 30 to December 18</li><li>$75 for 8 classes</li><li>Drop in $10</li></ul>Please wear running shoes and comfy clothing and bring a refillable water bottle to class.Register below or contact programs@champlaincc.ca for in-person registration
