Taiko Hour

A fun, one-hour introduction to the art of Japanese Taiko drumming.

TAIKO HOUR is a fun, one-hour introduction to the art of Japanese taiko drumming. Beginning with a brief introduction of its history, along with a physical warm up, the session quickly transitions to time spent playing taiko.

Taiko hour is great for those who have never tried taiko and those who are excited to learn more FUNdamental taiko skills. Though an introductory session, feel free to attend as many times as you'd like as no two sessions are the same.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, and ring the doorbell at the front entrance to the building. There is street parking available in the area (please check signs for any parking restrictions). We also suggest that you wear comfortable clothing, and either bring indoor shoes with good grip, or go barefoot.
