Protagoniste Working Session: Talking with Strangers
Conducting research with end-users helps us develop a deep understanding of who they are and what their needs are. This allows us to design solutions that address root causes of a problem, which will then de-risk the design, implementation, and uptake of that product or service.
In this session, we will dive deep into a case study on conducting research with a vulnerable population.
What this session will give you:
- Understanding of the research process and why it’s important to engage end users throughout the journey
- Tools and research methods for conducting qualitative research
- Research considerations for engagement with a vulnerable population
Important notes:
- Protagoniste working sessions are held in small groups so they can be highly interactive. Please be ready to ask questions and participate.
- This session will be held via Zoom
