She coaches her clients to grow their capacity so as to be able experience all of life's challenges and peaks with more ease and pleasure.Carol works primarily with women who are on a post-trauma growth trajectory. That is, women who have done some therapeutic modalities but who are still feeling stuck in their ability to feel pleasure, vitality & joy, and who struggle in relationship to men. Carol consults from her own experience of healing nervous system collapse and in-orgasmia, and from witnessing other courageous women through her practice. She coaches women to listen to their own body’s wisdom, and track a path to greater vitality and sexual & life fulfillment.Carol also receives male clients - in particular in the area of dating, approaching women, and how to become a better partner and lover for any woman. Carol's approach is one of deep acceptance, safety in vulnerability, and transformation that is sustainable in the long-term. Her coaching container for men is one informed by her love and solidarity for men in today's world, and this is revealed by the ease that her clients report from their sessions.Carol is currently enrolled in a unique clinical coaching intensive through Organic Intelligence® that helps people resolve the impact of trauma more gently and effectively than many other therapeutic models. She also completed an 600hr Sex, Love, and Relationship coaching certification in 2018 through The Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality alongside many other Tantra and Movement trainings. Carol wrote her first book in 2022, “Don’t Give Up, Give In” to help guide others who find themselves really stuck in nervous system freeze from the impacts of sexual assault. Carol also runs bi-weekly conscious/ecstatic dances for her communities in the Kootenays, BC.There is a gentler, more meaningful , and pleasure-filled way of creating real balance and overcoming the difficulties that life throws at us.
