Did you know that 1 in 5 Canadians experience a mental health problem each year? Of those individuals, 839,000 are Albertans and many struggle to access affordable and professional resources to help them along their healing journey.Cornerstone Counselling is celebrating over 40 years of offering professional affordable counselling services to anyone who asks for them, irrespective of faith, race, gender, lifestyle, or financial ability. Individuals who could not otherwise afford these services have been able to access them at Cornerstone due to the fee subsidies made possible by our Compassion Fund. In 2018 alone, over 1,000 low-income individuals were given access to the help they needed.

Cornerstone Counselling

Join us on Saturday, Aug. 19 for a fun-filled night of live music, pop culture-themed trivia, good company and— of course—cold and refreshing drinks!
 The game of trivia will take place from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. with great prizes for the winning team!
 Be sure to also check out our silent auction during that time for your chance to bid on some amazing items such as:
·      An official CFL football autographed by 20 of your very own Edmonton Eskimos including quarterback Mike Reilly and kicker Sean Whyte! 
·      $190 dollars in City of Edmonton recreation passes
·      Tickets for the Edmonton Symphony and Jubilations Dinner Theatre
·      Admissions for mini golf, laser tag, rock climbing, and escape rooms 
·      Gift cards, gift baskets, and more
Local band, The Disastronauts, will take the stage at 9 p.m. where they will rock covers of some of your favourite tunes!
Tickets are only $10 and include no cover entry and a prepaid beverage (valid before 10 p.m.).
Taps & Trivia will take place at On the Rocks (11740 Jasper Ave. Edmonton). Doors at 6:30 p.m.
Proceeds from this event will be added to our Compassion Fund, which will help low-income individuals access affordable and professional counselling services along their healing journey.
