<h2>Jenny do Forno, Head of Talent at OMERS Ventures</h2>

In her role as Head of Talent at OMERS Ventures, Jenny works closely with the senior leadership and operations teams of our portfolio companies to drive the talent and people strategies that support scale and growth. Jenny joined the OMERS Ventures team in 2019. 
Jenny brings over 20 years of experience creating talent strategies and programs that build award-winning cultures. The breadth of her experience covers both large enterprise organizations and startups – supporting throughout multiple funding rounds, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and beyond.
Prior to joining OMERS Ventures, Jenny worked in several HR leadership roles at top executive search firms, as well as companies such as Moneris Solutions and Info-Tech Research Group. Most recently, Jenny spent the last several years as part of the founding team at Canadian fintech startup Nest Wealth.
Jenny lives in Toronto and holds a degree in political studies from Queen’s University but grew up in Chatham and loves every chance she has to come home and visit family and friends.

<h2>Joel Paglione, Founder of Picks and OakBottle</h2>

Accomplished CPG business leader with executive experience in retailers like Walgreens and Sears. Co-author of the definitive book on the art and science of barrel aging wine and spirits. Founder of OakBottle and Picks Shop.

<h2>Jasen Sams, Vice President at Rocket Innovation Studio</h2>

Jasen began his journey in the tech sector 10 years ago when he applied for an internship at Quicken Loans, where he was asked to stay on as a Business Analyst focused on Marketing technology.Eventually transitioning from execution roles to leadership, Jasen ended up leading the Master Data Management strategy around operational data and helped stand up the various pillars of Data Intelligence that set the data strategy foundation that they sit on.Jasen is Michigan born, but holds a passion for Windsor and the concept of turning the city into a new tech hub for Canada

<h2>Matt Lucid, Senior Product Manager, Wrapbook</h2>

Matt was born and raised in Ridgetown. He attained a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Toronto and has held various Product and Project Management positions at tech companies throughout his career, including BlackBerry and D2L. He's presently helping Wrapbook -- a fintech startup in the entertainment industry -- scale to help production companies focus on creating stunning content. Outside of work he spends time with his family in Waterloo, volunteers at the Y, and helps out with environmental causes.
