Tech Talent Transformation Program

Mphasis, in partnership with the Government of Alberta, has launched the Tech Talent Transformation Program. Designed for unemployed or underemployed Alberta residents who arrived in Canada within the last five years and have IT training or experience, the program aims to strengthen technical capabilities and prepare participants for opportunities in Alberta's evolving technology ecosystem. Through structured learning and industry mentorship, the program is designed to help participants confidently navigate the future of work.
