In this first session, we will look at some common business models and some problems they may be facing.

Your problem is likely an unclear software strategy and implementation. Let&#x27;s take a holistic view of your business operations and define a better strategy. Incorporate software tools that can improve efficiency, cut costs, and optimize the flow of data through your whole organization. I﻿n this first session we will look at some common business models and some problems they may be facing. You will learn to define a software strategy that involves these issues and decide on some KPI&#x27;s that measure success. At the end there will be a Q&amp;A where we discuss real problems your business is facing. P﻿resenter Bio:
