No! This is not about competition — it’s about awareness. Our expert coaches will adapt each mobility and strength test to your ability level. You’ll safely learn where you stand and how to improve your grip strength, power, and stability over time.

You’ll gain insight into your longevity fitness score — how your balance, grip strength, and lower-body power compare to healthy aging benchmarks. You’ll also receive tips on training smarter for long-term health, not just short-term results.

5. How long does it take?

Expect the test to take about 15 minutes. Once you’re finished, hang out with other participants, cheer each other on, and see how different fitness levels stack up! You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of your functional fitness and how well your body is aging.
