Thai Cooking Class, one of my favourite cuisine full of flavours, wholesome ingredients and can be adapted as healthy lifestyle.

A﻿s a Nutritionist, I like to help my clients enjoy different cuisines. Healthy lifestyles need to be culturally adaptable and inclusive. I enjoy teaching my clients of various ethnic groups how a healthy diet can be achieved via their traditional dishes.A﻿fter assessments with my clients, I always get a question, can I eat curry or spices in my food or eat foods that I grew up eating? My answer is yes!. As a Nutritionist and a foodie, it is my goal to help people modify their traditional foods to incorporate a healthy diet.T﻿hat is why, my mission is to help you to embrace your cuisine while you are addressing your goals by changing the way you are eating. It is a fact that some foods may have to be avoided based on the conditions a person may be dealing with, however those foods and flavours can be replaced. Once your body has achieved homeostasis (balance) most of the wholesome foods and ingredients should always be included based on what you are cooking.
