I am new to healing technologies. What can I expect from the event?

All the healing technologies are gentle, safe and deeply relaxing. You will have an opportunity to try out all of the healing modalities during the session. All require you to either sit or lay down. The sound bath is relaxing and heart opening and you will be laying down for the experience.

What healing technologies will be available for me to try out?

Pulse electro magnetic field therapy (PEMF) with infrared, Solex with biofeedback,  Shakti Mat, Chromatherapy, Red Light Therapy, Vibration Plate, Tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, Crystal singing bowls, Access Bars (hands on touch therapy)  and gong.

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets (the building has radiator heating which is often intermittent) for the Sound Bath and wear comfortable clothes.

Are there any contraindications for the healing technologies?
