Does my ticket include both in-person and Zoom options?

Accepted Answer

No. We have separate tickets for in-person and Zoom options. There are 75 in-person tickets and unlimited Zoom tickets available.

Question 2

Can I swap my in-person ticket for a Zoom ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Simply order a new Zoom ticket through Eventbrite.

Please also email the event organizers at impadmcom@uvic.ca to let them know you cannot attend in-person so they can make your original in-person ticket available for someone else.

Why can't I select an in-person ticket?

Accepted Answer

We only have 75 in-person tickets available due to seating capacity. If you don't have the option to choose an in-person ticket, it means they are sold out.

Can I attend the Mix & Mingle via Zoom?

Accepted Answer

No. The Mix & Mingle is an in-person only event.

Question 5

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

UVic has plenty of paid parking available.

Parking Lot E and Parking Lot 6 are the closest to the Medical Sciences Building.
