I offer individual, couples and group coaching sessions that are primarily held online, with the exception of selective group sessions which are hosted in-person, within the Vancouver area. Coaching sessions are centred around developing a positive self-image and learning how to establish healthy relationships.

What to Expect:♥ Grounding exercise to open the session.♥ Thoughtful group discussion with questions and prompts centered around real-life dating and relationship topics — designed to spark connection and meaningful conversation.♥ An empowering exercise, to help transform your mindset from lack to abundance, creating more space in your life for joy and authentic connection.♥ No pressure to share — you're welcome to simply listen and take in this experience at your own pace.
