Where do the funds-raised from registration go?

Right to our Club's Programming! We are so fortunate to have such supportive community sponsors that help our Club keep the costs for these events relatively low to host. This supports our Club to apply these funds directly towards youth programming for free!

Is the facility wheelchair and stroller accessible?

Yes, there is a side ramp that provides accessibility to the event's indoor activities!

Question 3

What age group will the activities be geared for?

Accepted Answer

Children 2 to 12 although everyone is welcome! If your youth wants to join in and participate, we would be happy to see them.

Question 4

Will there be food and drink?

Accepted Answer

We have the coffee/tea/juice/water covered, as well as the chocolate. If you are looking to grab lunch on your way out, we recommend checking out the Hacker's Grill at the Golf Club.

Who will be running the event?

Our amazing line up of BGC Leduc volunteers and staff will be the main coordinators supporting this event. Please watch for adults in "BGC Leduc" gear and volunteer lanyards if you require support day of.

Question 6

Will the event be outside?

Accepted Answer

Our community's safety is our first priority. If there is some extreme wind or weather, we will keep everyone inside to enjoy the festivities there. The eggs from the hunt will still be provided. If the weather cooperates, please dress for the accordingly to enjoy the egg hunt outside.

Question 7

What does the $15 registration include?

Refreshments: Coffee, tea, juice, etc. All activities including face paint, crafts, Bunny Hop themed dance, chocolates and other Easter Goodies!

How do I enter the raffle?

Accepted Answer

Every email that registers will be entered into a draw for some raffle prizes (# of entries into the draw is reflective of the amount of tickets). If you book 4 tickets under one email, that email is entered 4 times!
