THE LEGACY LAB: RESET PROGRAM (AGES 11-15)

Vince Luciani

Does your teen need to hit the reset button from the summer?
Looking to plan some intentional goals?
Do they lack self-worth?
Do they rely on social media for validation?
Join Vince Luciani, the founder of The Legacy Coaching, a former athlete, CFL and NCAA football coach who after his career didn’t know who he was.  He has since has guided over 8000 people including hundreds of professional athletes to understand who they are beyond what they do.  In this fun and interactive series, your teen will be guided through one-of-a-kind guided written exercises to define their own answers to life’s big questions.
It has been said to boost self-awareness, mental clarity and most importantly self-belief.
Vince creates a positive and safe space to encourage authentic expression.
Your child will walk away with a foundation of self-belief, a better understanding of themselves and most importantly goals and action plan reflecting these lessons.
The Legacy Coaching Program is a form of mindfulness, Vince believes in order to detach from what is not important, you first need to define what is.

Testimonials:
"“He really got me to think much larger and outside of the box and to dig deep inside to figure out who I was as a person.”
“Vince is such a genuine person who really listens. His program and guidance has made me more aware. I am mindful of my core values and I have started to establish a platform for how I want to live my life. He sees me first as an individual, and not just a high performance athlete. I have accomplished things I never imagined possible with him in my corner. I can't wait to see what's next.”
"He taught us how to love ourselves"
"He showed me the difference between being in the light and BEING THE LIGHT"
