Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax, breathe deeply, and move. Comfort is the priority. Athletic or leisure wear is suggested.

Are there any health considerations for breathwork?

If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, significant cardiovascular concerns, severe asthma, or any medical or mental health condition that may be impacted by intense breathwork, please use your discretion and consult a healthcare professional if needed

Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that is often used in intentional spaces to support emotional connection, presence, and inner openness. In this experience, cacao will be used to help create a grounded and connected entry into the evening.
