WHAT WE’LL COVERYou don’t need to be a good chef to cook a GREAT steak.The Perfect Steak, Every Time is a fun, hands-on class that’s all about cracking the code for juicy, tender steaks with that perfect crispy crust everyone dreams of.Born and raised on the prairies of Brazil, Chef Fabricio Daros learned from his mother how to cook over open fire with charcoal and woodsmoke, a style rooted in instinct, simplicity, and respect for the meat.Inside L’OCA Labs, you’ll learn how to prepare a variety of selected cuts of premium Alberta beef from The L’OCA Butcher Shop perfectly, and how to get the best out of each one.Chef Fabricio will walk you through the difference between cast iron and stainless steel pans, how to baste like a pro, and why resting and slicing your steak the right way can make all the difference.And when the cooking is done, everyone will gather around to enjoy the juicy, perfectly cooked steak they made themselves.THINGS TO KNOWFor 18+ only. A welcome glass of prosecco will be served upon arrival, and additional beverages will be available for purchase a la carte throughout the class.Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for seating.Registration for in L’OCA Classes and Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and require full payment.We reserve the right to cancel any class that fails to meet a minimum enrollment, scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.If for any of the above reasons a class or event is canceled, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund to the original method of payment.Refunds are only available for cancellations received 72 hours or more prior to the class.INSTRUCTORChef Fabricio Daros
