Is parking included?

Ample parking is available on-site, however it is not included in the cost of the ticket.

Is there food available?

The Concession Stand right in front of the screening room will be open during the movie screenings. We also have our restaurant, Roses Social located on the 2nd floor that offers an array of delicious dishes along with delectable beverages.

Is there a price for children?

Accepted Answer

Infants under the age of 5 do not require a ticket. Anyone 5 years of age or older require a ticket to enter the Retro Arcade.

Do hotel guests have to purchase tickets?

Accepted Answer

Not at all!  Access to The Retro Arcade is included for all registered guests staying at Hotel X Toronto from February 16th - March 17th.

Are the tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable up until 1 day before the scheduled event. Should you not be able to attend on a particular date, ticket transfers to another date are also allowed.

Is there a coat check?

Accepted Answer

An unmanned coat check is available inside the Retro Arcade. Please do not leave your belongings unattended. Hotel X Toronto is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What is the check-in process?

Please stop by the Front Desk upon arrival to obtain your wristbands. These wristbands will serve as your admission to the arcade and give you unlimited access to all the games for the day. As a reminder, the Retro Arcade is open daily from 9am - 10pm.
