This workshop will help you assess your preferences as a leader and form a plan for self-empowerment, using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® tool. The MBTI® is a widely administered personality inventory used by 89 of the Fortune 100 companies according to CPP®. Knowing your personality type is a powerful skill for you to understand your personal preferences in a positive way and appreciate the preferences of others that are different from yours.Target AudienceLeaders and managers at all levels (including aspiring leaders) and professionnals. This is an introductory-intermediate level workshop.
