What is a “self-care circuit”?

It’s a curated flow of wellness stations you move through at your own pace.
Each station offers a hands-on experience or mini session, such as:
- Compression therapy
- Breathwork and movement sessions
- Nutritious tastings
- Health & Wellness consultations

Question 2

How long should I plan to stay?

We recommend staying at least 1.5–2 hours, though your best experience will be staying for the entire event.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear something comfortable and easy to move in.
Some experiences may involve:
Light movement (e.g.  stretching, dance)
Seated treatments or relaxation

Is there food or refreshments?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You’ll have access to wellness-focused tastings, including nutritious options like chia pudding and other healthy midday treats from our nutrition partners.

What should I bring?

Bring your whole self, a friend too if you want, and an openness to try something new.

It’s our way of giving back to those who spend so much of their day pouring into others — holding space, showing up, leading, supporting. And yet, receiving… slowing down… allowing yourself to be cared for — that can be its own kind of discipline.
