The Sunshine Café

The Chestermere Historical Foundation recognizes that it is situated on, and is interested in, the history of what happened on the traditional lands of the Treaty 7 people and the citizens of Metis Nation Region 3.The Chestermere Historical Fondation intends to create an interest in local and regional history, help citizens discover facts relevant to local Chestermere history, make historic artifacts available for viewing,promote preserving local history, document history in words and pictures including family hitories and histories of clubs and organiations, educate about local history, encourage and support historical events adn programs working cooperatively with other agencies, work in cooperation with the Cit of Chestermere and other municipalities to fulfill these objectives, and enrouage research and publications relating to the history of Chestermere.

<H2>The Sunshine Café is a family show exploring the history of the Chestermere Lake community. With the help of a young girl who just moved from the big city and a magical waitress, the mysterious Sunshine Café serves up local history with a side of tasty, time-travelling adventure.</H2>
