My name is Thais Gibson and I am a personal development specialist. After my BSc. in psychology and MA work in Metaphysics, I have been heavily trained in NLP, CBT, Life Coaching, The Overview Method for Trauma, and Byron Katie's "The Work."I run a busy pratice with one-on-one clients, hold large seminars and host a podcast for Collective Evolution called, Inspired Expansion. I love to connect with others, and I love to teach!

The Transformation and Life Mastery Program incorporates the foremost groundbreaking techniques in various personal development fields into personalized workbooks, interactive presentations, live breakthroughs, and follow up Q&A sessions to provide you with the tools that you need to begin living an empowered life.
TLM combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, The Overview Method, Neurolinguistic Programming and a variety of other methods that are specifically selected and tailored to impart the results-oriented knowledge that will enable you to begin living your life free of limitations. You will learn how to release your negative emotions, heal your relationships with others, and overcome self-judgement. 
This week’s workshop will be the best so far! We’re going to focus on:
- Self-Forgiveness and Integration
- Healing The Unloved Self
- Not Taking Things Personally
- Seeing the Whole: Releasing Resentments and Emotional Pain
It is important to recognize that your mind, thoughts, and beliefs are powerful things; although they cannot entirely control what happens in your life, they are solely responsible for the way that you live it.
