<h3>A one-day CEEC-GMG industry lab in Vancouver</h3>Mining projects are now expected to deliver outcomes that were once treated as competing priorities: stronger productivity and lower costs alongside materially improved performance in energy, water, emissions, tailings, and safety.Achieving this “Triple Performance” is not primarily a technology question. It is a question of how decisions are framed and made — particularly in the early design, integration, and operating strategy stages where long-term performance is largely determined.<h4>The opportunity: direct strategic impact</h4>The Triple Performance Mining Lab is a focused working environment designed for leaders and specialists to examine these high-stakes decisions directly.Participants from across mine design, processing, operations, energy, water, tailings, and technology will collaborate on real-world challenges.
