Do I need to wear white?

Yes! White clothing is mandatory. No need to be fancy, but all patrons in white creates a magical aesthetic. Besides, who doesn't love to get dressed up? Please note the grounds are grass, wear appropriate shoes.

Is alcohol included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Bubbly, Beer and Wine as well as non-alcoholic options are included in your ticket price. There will also be Bourbon tasting available.

Are children able to attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Children are welcome. Ticket prices are the same for all ages as there are limited seats available.

Is this event weather dependant?

Accepted Answer

The White Table Event will run in all weather. Efforts will be made to provide shelter from rain and extreme heat, however, please dress accordingly. We rely on many booked services similar to a wedding so we are unable to refund tickets or cancel bookings due to weather.

Question 5

Are there options for food allergies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our AMAZING caterer, Gumtree Catering can support most food allergies. Please send an email to carlarayner@mac.com to communicate your requests. We require one week's notice to ensure substitutions can be sourced.

Question 6

Are there refunds available?

Accepted Answer

No. Due to the complexity of organizing this event, our bottom line must be covered. There are a limited number of tickets available. We will support the transfer of your ticket to another patron. We suggest using us to do so to avoid fraudulent ticket sales. Email carlarayner@mac.com for support.

Question 7

How do I purchase a Corporate Table?

Accepted Answer

We have a limited number of Corporate Tables which seat 8-10 people. These are round tables situated in front of the long table. If interested, please email Carla at carlarayner@mac.com. Regular ticket price per seat.
