The Wild Return: Choosing Your Truth

Over the past year, many of us have felt like we were shedding layers we didn’t even know we were carrying. Old identities. Old roles. Old stories. Things cracked open. Things fell apart. Things felt chaotic. For many, especially through the second half of 2025 and into January, it may have felt like the ground wasn’t steady beneath your feet. You are not alone.

If you look at nature, shedding always looks messy before it looks clear. When a snake sheds its skin, it’s uncomfortable and even a bit disorienting.
Vision blurs before it sharpens and growth often requires rupture (even though it's hard).

The chaos wasn’t random, although it might have felt that way.
It was revealing.

It was stripping away what was never truly you. (You know what we're talking about!). The parts of yourself that didn't quite feel right inside. Or the hardships that tested and challenged you for what might seem like no reason at all (there is always a reason).

And now… a new energy is asking something different of us.

Not more shedding.
Not more collapsing.
Thank goodness. :)

It's asking for movement. Action. Devotion.

What We’ll Actually Be Doing Together

This is not a sit-and-listen workshop.
This is meant to be an embodied experience.

  • Through movement, we’ll awaken the body and shake loose the stagnant energy of the past year, the tension, the roles, the stories that are ready to be released.
  • Through honest discussion and reflection, we’ll name the patterns that have been quietly running the show - the masks, the old narratives, the ways we’ve been shrinking or over-efforting.
  • Through intentional journalling, you’ll get radically clear on what is actually true for you now. Not who you were, not who others expect you to be, but who you ARE.
  • Through breathwork, we’ll regulate the nervous system, move emotion, and create space between fear and action. Breath is what shifts you from overthinking into instinct. Less contraction and more clarity fueled by intution.
  • Through ritual, we’ll mark the transition. We will consciously close what is complete. And we will choose, with devotion, what we are stepping into.
  • There will be space for sharing (always optional), because something powerful happens when we speak our truth out loud in a room that can hold it.

Introducing the Horse (Year of the Horse if you follow astrology - and if you don't that's ok too).

The horse represents:

  • Instinct
  • Freedom
  • Power guided by precision
  • Devotion to direction
  • Courage in motion

A horse does not hesitate once it knows its direction. And neither do we.
It moves in alignment with its body. And so should we.
It trusts its strength.
It feels the ground beneath it and responds instantly.
And when we are tapped into our intution we also respond with more precision.

BUT...
A horse does not pick you up and put you on its back.

You choose to get on it.
You choose to ride.
You choose to move.

This workshop is to celebrate this energy. To give you the courage to boldly step into all that you desire with confidence.

This year is not about waiting to be rescued.
Because I hate to break it to you but no one but you is coming to rescue you!
It's about choosing your own momentum.
This is about choosing you.

When we are aligned with our truth:

  • Decisions feel clean.
  • Energy flows.
  • The body relaxes.
  • Intuition sharpens.
  • Opportunities meet us.
  • There is less hustle.
  • Things are just easier.

When fear drives:

  • Everything feels heavy.
  • We overthink.
  • We grip.
  • We control.
  • We grasp.
  • We force.
  • We stay stuck in the mud of old narratives.

The “mud” is:

  • The masks.
  • The pretending.
  • The conditioning.
  • The roles we’ve outgrown.
  • The stories about not being enough.
  • The fear of being too much.
  • The holding ourselves back.

You may feel emotional release. You may feel fire. You may feel calm certainty. Or all of it! Most people leave feeling like something clicked back into place, like their spine got straighter and their inner voice got louder.

The invitation now is:

Will you stay in the mud?

Or will you choose to move?

The horse will carry you forward , but only if you choose to climb on. Giddy up!
