Do I have to buy a ticket for my baby/toddler?

Kids 2 and under are considered "lap children" for the train ride and so they are free!

What is the time on my ticket for?

The ticket time you choose is your actual train ride departure time, so leave time to find parking and check in to get your physical ticket for your ride! You are welcome to explore the rest of the event before and or after your train ride depending on when you choose to arrive!
