Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to start time of 11 am. Parking is available at the Town Hall.

<h1>The Writers Workshop is for eveyone!</h1><h3>Join <strong>The Village Bookshop</strong> and <strong>Bayfield Centre For The Arts</strong> premier workshop offering! </h3><h3>Bring a sample of your own writing which will be reviewed and critiqued. This will be followed by readings and a discussion with our guest writers and our day will wrap up with information and insights into the world of publishing. </h3><h3>Poetry, fiction, non fiction,family stories,childrens stories,histories,biographies,adventure...whether long or short...all are welcome!</h3><h3>In addition to a day filled with Food for Thought, a light lunch will be served. </h3><h3>The event will be located at the Bayfield Town Hall. </h3><h3><strong>Registration is required as attendance is limited. The Workshop is $25.00 per person.</strong></h3><h3>Attendees will have table-top workspace and internet available. Facemasks optional.</h3><p></p>

<h3><strong>Our Writers:</strong></h3><h3><strong><em>Kevin Andrew Heslop</em></strong> is a multidisciplinary artist. In addition to two chapbooks—con/tig/u/us (Blasted Tree 2018) and there is no minor violence just as there is no negligible cough during an aria (Frog Hollow Press 2019)—his work as a poet, journalist, filmmaker, curator, and playwright has recently appeared or is forthcoming with The Fiddlehead and Anstruther Press (2020), The Devil’s Artisan (2021), Museum London (2021), McIntosh Gallery (2022), and TAP Centre for Creativity (2022). His full-length collection of poetry, the correct fury of your why is a mountain, is now available from Gordon Hill Press.</h3><h3>https://www.kevinandrewheslop.com/</h3><h3><strong><em>Aaron Schneider</em></strong> is a Founding Editor at The /tƐmz/ Review and was a Founding Editor at The Rusty Toque. His stories have appeared/are forthcoming in The Danforth Review, Filling Station, The Puritan, Hamilton Arts and Letters, and Prolit-. His story “Cara’s Men (As Told to You in Confidence)” was nominated for the Journey Prize by The Danforth Review. He runs the Creative Writers Speakers Series at Western University. His first book, Grass-Fed, was published by Quattro books in the fall of 2018.
