Whether you’re here to vibe to music, dance, connect, or take the plunge, this experience is for you. . . . <h3>IMPORTANT</h3> Cold Exposure Session Waiver for Thrive Collective By registering for this Cold Exposure Session hosted by Thrive Collective at Cherry Beach, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk I understand that participating in this cold exposure session involves exposure to cold temperatures and conditions that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to hypothermia, frostbite, muscle cramps, and other health-related issues. I am aware that these risks may be increased depending on my health status and the conditions of the environment. I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in this activity. Health and Safety Guidelines<ul><li>I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the Thrive Collective team.</li><li>I will disclose any medical conditions that may affect my ability to participate in the session.</li><li>I will dress appropriately for cold exposure and bring proper clothing for warmth and hydration before and after the session.</li></ul> Liability Release By registering for this event, I release and hold harmless Thrive Collective, its employees, agents, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation in this cold exposure session, including injury, illness, or health complications.Media Waiver I understand that photographs or video recordings may be taken during the session, and by registering, I give Thrive Collective permission to use my image, voice, or likeness in promotional materials, social media, or other media without compensation. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will inform the instructor prior to the session.Acknowledgment By completing the registration process, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined above. Introduction + Welcome

Take a refreshing and transformative cold plunge in the lake, guided by Thrive Collective facilitators. This two-minute immersion is designed to challenge your mental and physical resilience while connecting you with the present moment.

Not ready to complete the full two minutes? No problem! You’re welcome to exit the water at any time—just let a facilitator know. Your safety and comfort are our priority.

Cold plunge (optional)

After the cold plunge, we’ll transition back into warm clothing and gather to close the session. This is a time to vibe, dance, and connect with others as we reflect on the experience and share the energy of the journey we’ve just taken together. Bone Broth will also be provided.
