Event description

Description

This three day event will bring together neuroimaging scientists and trainees in from institutions across the region.

The program will include:

  • “Ignite Talks” from:

    • Dr. Sean Hill (Krembil Centre for Neuroinformatics, CAMH);

    • Dr. Jean Chen (Rotman Research Institute, Baycrest);

    • Dr. Emma Duerden (Department of Diagnostic Imaging, SickKids)

  • "Open hacking" sessions in which attendees will work together on projects of their own design. Open hacking sessions are a great forum for getting support on a technical issue or starting a new collaborative project

  • “Unconference” sessions in which talks are chosen by attendees based on their interests as they evolve throughout the meeting

  • Integration with worldwide experts via video conference - keynotes and online discussion. For a list of worldwide participants see (http://www.brainhack.org/global2018/)
