The Runner's Academy presents the first ever Toronto Run Summit!
There is so much more to being a runner than following a training plan and finishing a run. The running world is an evolving mix of technology, performance, community, and stories. Join us on January 14th as we explore what it means to be a runner and perform your best.

WHAT: Gathering of Toronto runners for a series of panel discussions on the theme of “The Future of Running”. Panel discussions will include:

· Mental Health + Performance
· Innovation 
· Performance
 
Join us for a panel discussion and social 5k run, followed by food and drinks served up by our friends at The Food Runners & Great Lakes Brewery. This event is for all levels and abilities; come for a couple of presentations or stay for the whole session!

Daniel Bach is a Canadian radio and digital journalist working for CBC and Monocle 24. He is an avid runner, cyclist, photographer, adventurer and member of Parkdale Roadrunners. He has travelled to 40 countries and lived across Canada and in the U.K. and France.
