Led by Kathleen Stahlbaum (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/thehopeful.wanderer/" title="https://www.instagram.com/thehopeful.wanderer/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">@thehopeful.wanderer</a>), this guided hike through McGregor Point Provincial Park is more than a walk in the woods—it’s a journey into presence, healing, and connection. Along the 4–5 km route, you’ll explore coastal wetlands, boardwalks, and serene forest paths as Kathleen shares insights into the connection between nature and mental wellbeing. Known for her calming presence, depth of knowledge, and lived experience, Kathleen creates a space where you can breathe a little easier and connect a little deeper—with yourself, others, and the land. After the hike, return to Cedarvale for a delicious, seasonal lunch sourced locally and crafted with care. Then, step into contrast therapy, starting with a short but powerful breathwork session, followed by a guided hot/cold therapy session designed to reset your nervous system, awaken your senses, and leave you feeling balanced and renewed. This Adventure Includes: Guided Hike with Kathleen • Local Lunch at Cedarvale Wellbeing • Breathwork with Certified Facilitator Tommi Hanley • Hot/Cold Contrast Therapy Session with Certified Facilitator Tommi Hanley Hike Details: The Route: Meet and park at Cedarvale Wellbeing &gt; Concession 4 entrance &gt; Old Shore Road Trail &gt; Huron Fringe Trail &gt; Sunset Point Distance: ~5 km Duration: ~2 hours Difficulty: Easy (approx. 1.5 km boardwalk, remainder dirt/gravel/sand) Highlights: Coastal wetland, Pitcher Plant Marl, Turtle Pond, sunset lookout Prepare: Wear comfortable shoes and bring lots of water Optional: Bring birdseed to connect with our feathered friends!
