Will I have access to the course material?

Accepted Answer

You will not have access to the online course or course book. However, during class, you will be presented with a slide deck with content from TrainCan's coursebook. If you would like to take notes during class, you are welcome to bring a notebook or laptop to support your learning.

Question 2

What device can I use to take the exam?

Accepted Answer

The webcam exam proctoring system is compatible with current devices and browsers. For example, Windows 8+, macOS 10.11+, Chrom 58+, iPhone 10.11+, Android 8, Ubuntu 18.4. Please ensure your browser and device is up to date in their version and security patches.

Question 3

I am a representative for my organization. Can I purchase tickets on behalf of other members?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can! If you are buying a ticket for someone other than yourself, please ensure to include their name and email address as an attendee. This can be done for multiple attendees in the same purchase and this ensures each attendee will receive reminder emails.

Question 4

How many tickets can I purchase?

Accepted Answer

You can purchase up to 15 tickets in one order. Each event has a capacity of 25 individuals. Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis. If you plan on registering more than 15 individuals, please contact training@secondharvest.ca to request to book a private training session.
