About this event

Led by design strategist Meghan Hellstern, this session is intended for public servants at all levels who are interested in learning more about the mindset and methods of design thinking and human-centered design (HCD).

This introductory course is built for those who are new to this exciting set of tools and techniques that can help surface critical insights, unlock new value and enable more responsive, effective delivery across teams and organizations.

Participants will walk away with an understanding of the human-centered design process and the challenges and opportunities involved in its application within the public sector, as well as having practiced some of the most common tools used to generate empathy and insights through user research.

Note: When registering, please select the team/division you belong to or were invited by.

This Training will be taking place over Zoom – the meeting info will be sent via email prior to the event. Please note that this session may be recorded.
