<h2>Transformational Breathwork</h2><p>You&#x27;re invited to join me for a night of tuning into the incredible power of your very own breath.</p><p>This is for you if you&#x27;ve been feeling stuck in life, overwhelmed, like you can&#x27;t rest, you want a deeper connection with yourself and your body, OR if you&#x27;re just curious about what breathwork can do for you.</p><p>Our breath is the bridge between our mind and body, inner and outer worlds, conscious and subconscious and even between dimensions. When used consciously, you can use your breath to tune into profound states of awareness and healing.</p><h3>WHAT TO EXPECT:</h3><p>We will begin with an intention setting ceremony, and demonstration of the breathing technique.</p><p>You will then lie down and get cozy for a gentle but powerful guided journey with your breath.</p><p>We will finish with time for integrating your experience, questions, and optional sharing.</p><p>No previous experience is necessary.</p><p>While everyone experiences breathwork differently and each journey is unique, you might experience during and after the session:</p><p>→ reconnection with yourself, your body, and your intuition</p><p>→ a calmer mind</p><p>→ feeling clearer, more grounded and relaxed, and lighter</p><p>→ better ability to focus and meditate</p><p>→ reduced stress and anxiety</p><p>→ reduction of physical aches and pains</p><p>→ the release of emotions you&#x27;ve not been able to feel</p><p>→ the shifting of energy blocks</p><p>→ heightened states of awareness</p><h3>Please note:</h3><p>Breathwork can be taken at your own pace and you are always in control of your own experience, however, these practices can result in physical and emotional release and the release of trauma.</p><p>It is not advised for people who have a history of cardiovascular disease, angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery, seizure disorders. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Please consult with your healthcare practitioner before booking.</p><p>Pregnant people are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.</p><p>Isabel can&#x27;t wait to breathe with you.</p><h3>Attendees to Bring:</h3><ul><li>Y﻿oga Mat</li><li>Pillow</li><li>Blanket</li></ul><h3>Instructor: Isabel</h3><p>Passionate about Yoga &amp; Wellness, Isabel Fry, a certified Yoga &amp; Meditation Teacher as well as Reiki healer, started her Company Breathe Retreats in 2016. It was created out of a realization that there was a need for a safe space for people to be themselves, to accept and love themselves, as well as to support and help each other grow and thrive.</p><p>Creating this safe space for everyone and encouraging them to be their most authentic selves has become Isabel’s mission and passion.</p><p>Along with Retreats and Corporate Retreats, she has developed a Radical Self-Acceptance Workshop and also Healing Circles to continue to support and nurture her clients.</p><p>Isabel believes in holding space for people to rediscover the light that shines brightly within them, and that with love and kindness, all can be conquered.</p><p>https://linktr.ee/Breatheyeg</p><h3>Event Details</h3><p>Location: 10550 115 ST NW, Edmonton Alberta (The Secret Garden Room located behind Brew &amp; Bloom Cafe)</p><p>Proceeds goes towards organizing future learning experiences.</p><p>To respect everyone&#x27;s experience, we will close doors 5 minutes after start time of the event so attendees are not disrupted.</p><h3>E﻿VENT CANCELLATION POLICY:</h3><p>Please note that this event requires a minimum number of ticket sales to proceed. If we don&#x27;t meet the minimum tickets sold, we will notify you via email 48 hours prior the event for cancellation.
