Join us for gentle, in-person healing spaces that offer guided grounding and reflection.
This in-person program runs biweekly on Wednesdays from January 21 to June 17, 2025, between 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM at the Cambridge Public Library – Hespeler Branch (5 Tannery St. East, Cambridge, ON).
We are proud to offer this program free of charge through an in-kind facility partnership with Cambridge Public Library – IDEAIEXCHANGE.
Trauma-Informed Care Circles are a gentle in-person offering grounded in trauma-responsive care and community connection. Each session provides guided somatic practices and a quiet space for reflection, embodiment, and regulation.
This program is for individuals looking to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and practice collective care in a safe and welcoming space. Whether you are new to trauma-informed work or have long been seeking grounding tools, these circles are open to all.
This initiative is part of TEAO Canada's ongoing mission to provide accessible, embodied, and culturally-rooted care to communities across Ontario.
Session Dates: March 4, March 18, Apr 1, Apr 15, Apr 29, May 13, May 27, June 3, June 17.
