Welcome to the Trauma Informed Psychedelic Preparation &amp; Integration Circle!Join us for a safe, interactive and supportive in-person event where we will dive deep into the intersection of trauma, psychedelics, harm reduction, and healing. Our circle provides a safe space for sharing experiences, gaining insights, and connecting with like-minded individuals on a similar journey.AGENDA:Opening Circle: Guided meditation to create a safe space, set intentions, and cultivate a solid structure of safety within themselves and within the group.Sharing Circle: Participants share experiences, insights, and challenges in a sacred and safe container.Educational Segment: Rotating topics on harm reduction, setting intentions, or trauma-informed practices.Preparation Segment: Setting intentions and practical tips for future journeys, ensuring participants feel equipped and safe.Integration Exercises: Embodiment practices, visualization, expressive exercises, giving voice to experiences, being witnessed, connection and support exercises, and fostering a sense of being supported and held by the group.Somatic Practices: Breathwork and grounding techniques to support emotional processing and nervous system regulation.Group Discussion and Q&amp;A: Open discussion tailored to the group’s interests, providing a platform for collective wisdom and personalized support.Closing Circle: Final reflections, expressions of gratitude, and reinforcement of the supportive community environment.
