Overview

TRE® Module One Workshop - Virtual

An Experiential Introduction to TRE®

Module One is an opportunity to experience TRE® in a supportive and guided environment while beginning to develop your own personal practice.

Over three days together, you will be introduced to Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) and the body’s natural ability to release stress through neurogenic tremoring. Rather than focusing only on theory, this workshop emphasizes direct experience, self-regulation, and learning to listen to your body.

TRE® is a gentle yet powerful approach that supports the nervous system in releasing patterns of tension and stress that accumulate through everyday life. Many participants find that TRE® helps them feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to their bodies.

During this workshop you will:

• Learn how stress and tension are held in the body
• Experience neurogenic tremoring in a safe and supported setting
• Develop skills for self-regulation and pacing
• Begin building a sustainable TRE® practice
• Understand how TRE® supports nervous system regulation

Alongside experiential learning, we will explore key concepts that help make sense of the TRE® process, including:

• Natural stress responses
• The physiology of tension and release
• The nervous system and self-regulation
• An introduction to Polyvagal Theory as it relates to TRE®

Module One is open to anyone interested in learning TRE® for personal use and wellbeing. It is also the first step for those wishing to become a Certified TRE® Provider.

This workshop is suitable for:

• Beginners with no prior TRE® experience
• Those wanting to deepen their TRE® practice
• Health and wellness professionals
• Individuals interested in nervous system regulation
